On the palate it sings of many things….yes it’s big, it’s intense, it’s complex but it’s also soft and alluringly beautiful. Smooth tannins find peace with the wines medium acidity and tasty minerality making for one big happy equilibrium.

And it’s persistent about it with vanilla, dark chocolate, balsamic, sweet spiced notes of nutmeg and liquorice all sharing centre stage.
